Welcome to Reply Pro AI ("App", "we", "us", "our"). Reply Pro AI is an AI-powered smart reply generation application available on Google Play Store.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This policy applies to all users of Reply Pro AI on Android devices. It covers data collected through the app and our backend services powered by Google Firebase.
Reply Pro AI helps users generate smart, context-aware replies for their messages. Key features include:
- AI Reply Generation — Generate replies in 6 styles: Polite, Romantic, Office/Professional, Funny, Motivation, and Woman Support
- Multi-language Support — Generate replies in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Daily Reply Limits — Free users get 5 replies/day; paid plans offer 30, 50, or 200 replies/day
- Subscription Plans — Basic (₹99/month), Pro (₹199/month), Ultra (₹399/month)
- Rewarded Ads — Free users can watch ads to unlock 3 additional replies per ad viewed
- Chat History — View past generated replies, stored locally on device only
3.1 Data Collected Automatically:
- Anonymous User ID — A unique identifier generated by Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This is NOT linked to your name, email, or any personal identity
- Daily Reply Count — Number of replies used today (to enforce plan limits)
- Subscription Plan Status — FREE, BASIC, PRO, or ULTRA
- App Usage Timestamps — First app open date and last active date (for analytics only)
- Total Reply Count — Lifetime count of replies generated (anonymous, aggregate)
3.2 About Your Messages:
Your messages are sent to OpenAI's API solely to generate a reply. We do NOT store your message content on our servers permanently. Chat history (your messages and generated replies) is stored ONLY on your device's local memory and is cleared when you uninstall the app or manually clear the history.
3.3 What We Do NOT Collect:
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Location or GPS data
- Contacts, call logs, or messages from other apps
- Camera or microphone access
- Android Device ID or hardware fingerprint (compliant with Google Play policy, April 2025)
- Financial information or payment card details
- To enforce daily reply limits based on your subscription plan
- To restore your subscription status if you reinstall the app
- To prevent date/time manipulation that would bypass reply limits
- To process rewarded ad completions and credit bonus replies
- To improve app performance and fix bugs using anonymous usage analytics
We do NOT use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties — ever.
- OpenAI API — Your message is processed by OpenAI to generate a reply. See: openai.com/privacy
- Google Firebase Firestore — Stores reply count, plan status, usage timestamps. Encrypted at rest and in transit. See: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Firebase Anonymous Authentication — Generates an anonymous UID without requiring login. No personal data linked.
- Google AdMob — Displays ads to free users only. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers. See: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play Billing — Processes subscription purchases. We never handle your payment information directly.
Free users of Reply Pro AI will see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Our ad system works as follows:
- Free users receive 5 replies per day at no cost with no ads shown
- After 5 replies, a rewarded ad popup is shown — watching it grants 3 additional replies
- After every 3 ad-unlocked replies, another rewarded ad is triggered
- This cycle continues — users can use the app unlimited times by watching ads
- Paid subscribers (Basic, Pro, Ultra) never see any advertisements
Ads are served by Google AdMob. Users can opt out of personalized ads in device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Basic Plan — ₹99/month — 30 replies/day, no ads
- Pro Plan — ₹199/month — 50 replies/day, no ads, faster AI
- Ultra Plan — ₹399/month — 200 replies/day, no ads, priority AI
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Reply Pro AI → Cancel. You retain access until end of current billing period. All billing is managed by Google Play — we do not store your payment information.
- All Firebase data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS encryption
- Each user can only access their own data — enforced by Firebase Security Rules
- API keys are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager — never in the app binary
- Chat history is stored only on your device — never uploaded to our servers
- Server-side timestamps prevent date manipulation for fair usage enforcement
- Anonymous Authentication means we never know your identity
Reply Pro AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us and we will delete that information promptly.
- Right to Access — Request information about data we hold for your anonymous user ID
- Right to Deletion — Request deletion of your Firebase data by contacting us. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data
- Right to Opt Out of Ads — Device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- Right to Cancel Subscription — Cancel anytime via Google Play Store with no penalty
To request data deletion, email us with subject "Delete My Data". We will process your request within 30 days.
- Reply counts and plan status are retained to ensure continuity across app reinstalls
- Anonymous Firebase accounts inactive for 12+ months may be automatically deleted by Firebase
- Chat history on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Clear History"
- You can request manual deletion of your Firebase data at any time by contacting us
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
